Melling Junior Council receive a visit from Dawn Beaumont

Today, Dawn Beaumont, the Chair of Melling Parish Council, visited our school to meet with the Junior Parish Council. She talked to them about the role of the council and how important it is to work hard to improve our area. She was very impressed with the passion our children have and their determination to make changes for the better in our locality. The children were very impressed with her chain of office! We hope to work closely with her this year.
