Bi Centenary Celebration of the Leeds-Liverpool Canal

What a fantastic day of fun and celebration at the canal on Sunday! We were delighted with the turn out, helped by the sun! It was lovely to see families out together on a fact-finding mission on the canal itself; watching the fantastic flotilla pass by; enjoying activities led by the scouts and being entertained by the Sparkle and Shine dance group and by our very own Melling Glee choir, led by Jo Hassoun. Thank you for all your support, as always.
