Healthy Body, Healthy Mind Week in YR.
Family Learning Session: Letters and sounds, reading, outdoor play and understanding the world.
We had a street party to celebrate The Queen's 90th Birthday. Happy Birthday Your Majesty! x
We asked the children in YR to tell us what they know about The Queen. Here is what they said...
WOW! The chicks have finally hatched in YR. The first chick was born on Monday night and six more followed on Tuesday. Our last chick was born on Wednesday morning. We have got five boys and three girls. We have loved holding them. They feel so soft and fluffy.
YR had lots of fun at Martin Mere. We did pond dipping, saw otters and flamingos, built dens in the woods and fed the ducks.
Superhero Day in YR: Well done to everyone in YR for supporting our charity superhero day for Zoe's Place Children's Hospice. You all look amazing!
WELL DONE to all the children in YR who have achieved their bronze home reading bookmark. You are amazing!!

Harvest in YR.
Hi,
We have taken a video today of Mrs Hargreaves demonstrating how to use the letters and sounds packs but unfortunately we are having technical issues and cannot get it on the website. We will continue to try and if we still cannot get it on we will demonstrate the packs after school one night next week in the YR classroom. Details to follow. Thanks.
