Hello all, hope you are having fun with your home learning! Don't forget to read every day, practise your handwriting, practise your number bonds to 10 or 100 and do a Phonics/Literacy and a Maths activity every day. Also, two Science activities a week will help you with your learning about the world!
I'm missing you all but send a huge WELL DONE to all those children completing Education City activities - I've loved seeing how well you are doing on them!
Have fun at home guys and see you all soon - Miss Roberts x
**Parents, please note that we are unable to offer printing or additional learning packs as there are not enough staff in school to be able to do so. Thank you for understanding.**

We made drinks cup gliders that could spin through the air...
We did an experiment to make lava lamp volcanoes with water, cooking oil, food colouring and fizzy tablets...
We made cardboard cannons to fire a ping pong ball across the class, using a crisps tube, a plastic water bottle, elastic bands and a pencil...

Remember, remember the 5th of November, gunpowder, treason and plot!
We learnt about Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot. We were amazed that it happened over 400 years ago and that Guy Fawkes had 36 barrels of gunpowder! We carefully created colourful firework pictures using chalk pastels.
