• CHILDREN IN NEED 2014!

   A big THANK YOU to everyone for helping Melling School raise an amazing £1,293.52 for Children in Need! This is the amount we have raised so far through selling wristbands, keyrings, cakes, raffles and coming to school dressed as superheroes.  WOW!!

  A big well done to Connie Rawling for winning the Pudsey cape competition, to Rosie White for winning the large Children in Need cupcake and Rhianna Rogers for winning our huge Pudsey Bear!

• MISS ROBERTS SAYS "JOIN THE 2014 SHOEBOX APPEAL!"

  It's that time of year again folks! We have been successfully running the Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Appeal for several years now and hope to make this year the best ever! Please join us in making this Christmas something special for a needy child overseas. Instruction leaflets and any information available in school...just pop in and see Miss Roberts anytime. Shoeboxes will be collected from school on 26th November, so this is the very last day for bringing them to school.
