A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our Comic Relief activities. We had lots of fun decorating biscuits, eating cakes, designing red noses and telling our favourite jokes. Well done to the winners of our two competitions. The total amount raised for Comic Relief was £547.
Susie Wallace, from Maghull High School, talked to the children about the importance of Fair Trade in assembly. She told them that simply by buying Fair Trade products, they could help farmers in poorer countries get a fairer price for their goods. They were delighted to find out that Fair Trade Cadbury's Dairy Milk and Maltesers were on the shelves and all said they would persuade their mums to buy more! Please look for the Fair Trade logo before you buy and help us help them.
